Helen Mirren, 76, walked the runway at Paris Fashion Week

There’s nothing like a dame!

Dame Helen Mirren Owned the Runway on Sunday When She Walked During Paris Fashion Week L’Oreal Paris Show – marking the 50th anniversary of the brand’s own “Because you deserve it” slogan.

With her signature blonde hair tied back in a bun and the Eiffel Tower in the background, Mirren walked the catwalk with fellow L’Oréal ambassadors Amber Heard And Camelaca below. Mirren wore a black embellished suit with dramatic eyeshadow and eclectic hoop earrings.

L’Oreal’s show was reportedly intended to make a statement against street harassment while advocating for women’s empowerment, featuring dancers wearing T-shirts that said “feminist and feminine.”

Although the show did welcome a little rain (this is Paris, after all), it didn’t seem to phase Mirren.

“I’m English, I can do it,” she said He Why rain? “I’ll fall down [the catwalk] like a giant. I love them, because suddenly it’s lovely to be a few inches taller, especially when you’re surrounded by all these gazelles. “

Mirren is no stranger to Paris Fashion Week, having walked several L’Oréal Paris shows since be an ambassador for the brand in 2014 (the first beauty deal of her career).

“I’m not gorgeous and I never was, but I always looked fine and I look forward to being that way,” Mirren said at that time. “I’ve always loved the brand L’Oréal Paris and I’m really happy to be an ambassador and join such an impressive group of high-achievers. I hope I can let other women make the most of their natural good looks I can lift you up and inspire you to be more confident.”
