Padma Lakshmi Feeling quite peachy these days.

I don’t eat fried food. I don’t eat red meat. I eat low-fat cottage cheese and no fat.” I don’t eat any dairy except yogurt. I don’t eat sweets. Oh, and I don’t eat flour.”
She said that although she occasionally eats meat, she tries to stick to a mostly green diet.
“When I’m not on the show, I’m very plant-based. I was raised as a vegetarian in India and America. We had a vegetarian household. I really did eat meat until I was a teenager. Didn’t start, so I’m used to eating like this. It’s hard for your body to process meat,” Lakshmi said.
