Two men who ran on Super Bowl grounds were given a year of probation

Two men who ran on the field during the final quarter of the Super Bowl in February pleaded no contest for trespassing and agreed to one year’s probation.

“I think you can tell by now that what would have been entertaining during the Super Bowl was not very entertaining,” Hillsborough County Judge Jack Gutman said. “It inconvenienced a lot of people. You hurt people. And hopefully you learned your lesson about all this. It’s not funny at all.”

One of the men told the judge, “No streaking anymore. I promise.”

He took the field on February 7 in the fourth quarter of the championship game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Kansas City Chiefs. He was wearing shorts and a pink leotard or swimsuit. He was eventually confronted and removed from the stadium.

The second person ran to the first ground, distracting the security officials.

One of them said he planned a lie with another man, a social media personality who runs an adult website that wrote on the front of a pink dress.

The Buccaneers won the game 31-9.
