It Will Soon Be Too Easier to See You Smile Again at Walt Disney World in Florida
The company said on its website that starting Tuesday, face masks will be optional for visitors to theme park resorts who have been vaccinated, although Disney workers will not need proof of vaccination.
Visitors who still haven’t been fully vaccinated will have to wear face masks indoors and on all rides and attractions. According to the latest guidelines, all visitors, whether vaccinated or not, will still be required to wear face coverings on buses, monorails and Disney Skyliners, the resort’s aerial gondolas.
Last month, Disney executives began allowing visitors to go outside without a mask. Disney executives said they expect to relax physical distancing guidelines in the near future.
“It is important to remember that some experiences and entertainments may still be operating with limited capacity or may be temporarily unavailable,” the company said on its website. “We’re not ready to bring everything back just yet, but we’re optimistic and look forward to the day Disney friends and princesses are able to hug once again.”
